We have lived through, and are still living in, challenging and stressful times. These challenges and stresses have strained the emotional and mental health of many individuals. With this in mind, we realize we need to provide a greater degree of mental and emotional support at this time. We invite you to use this page in order to discover helpful resources and supports for you and your family.

  • Relational Resources - Christian therapeutic counseling services

  • Encompass Services - Encompass Community Services helps children, teens and families find constructive solutions to challenges that arise in school, at home and with peers.

  • Get Help 211 Services - An extensive information outlet for finding and accessing local support for a number of needs.

  • Start Your Recovery - "Start your Recovery" is a resource that brings together experts in substance use disorder treatment from leading nonprofit, academic, and government institutions. Find vetted substance abuse and mental health services, personalized support options, and support groups.

  • Crisis Intervention Help Line - Call 1 (800) 952-2335 to speak with trained staff who can help you in a time of crisis.

  • Parent Crisis Line - Call (831) 476-7322 to speak with trained staff who can assist you during a parental crisis.

  • Return to Zero - Transforming the culture of silence and isolation around pregnancy and infancy loss.

  • Postpartum Support International - Provides current information, and resources to support perinatal mental health for moms.

  • Beacon Mental Health - The Central Coast Health Alliance covers outpatient behavioral health services for Medi-Cal members with mild to moderate impairments. Beacon Health administers the behavioral health benefit.

  • Mental Health Access - 24 hours a day. Call (831) 454-4170 or (800) 952-2335. This team helps individuals determine eligibility for County mental health services.
