Drawing from the best research on media and youth, as well as conversations with parents like you, this workshop series offers new ideas for your most pressing tech-related dilemmas. This class will explore not only the dangers of digital media but also dive into the root cause of why we seek, how to build routines and rituals as a family that foster connection and family goals and how (and when) we can gracefully take off the media training wheels.
