This is our team meeting where we will gather for lunch, team building, and training to prepare for our trip together this summer!

Each participant must complete the following:

1. FCC REGISTRATION AND WAIVER

2. GLEANINGS HEALTH AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY FORM

3. Submit a non-refundable $50 deposit by April 22 (SHOULD BE IN ALREADY!)

4. Attend Team Meetings: April 16 and June 4

5. All Fees due July 1
