“When I was a boy of 14, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around. But when I got to be 21, I was astonished at how much the old man had learned in seven years.” - Mark TwainI'm beginning a project that comes from the heart. I'm going to be interviewing my dad to hear from him what he's learned in life. I specifically want to explore what he once believed most mattered when he was a young man against what he now believes most matters as an older, wiser man. I'm excited to see where this project takes us. I'll be posting my conversational journey in the months ahead.
